It was our first Easter spent as just the five of us. We had a little pre-church Easter egg hunt in the living room with Meg and Katie this morning...so sweet!
I got to make three little dresses this week and put my own spin on the pillowcase pattern by having them tie in the back.
they all 3 had that adorable dress on?! SO sweet! I love them :) LA and I went to a fabric store in GA the other week and the lady there was saying to try a pillowcase dress with the seam down the back so it would tie in the back for something different...how did you come up with it? I wouldn't have thought of it if she hadn't said that. I love the way it looks. :) hope y'all had a happy easter!
Thanks, Jessica! I didn't do a seam down the back - I just cut a little notch down from the top and stitched the edges down. I came up with it because Katie and Claire don't have long hair yet AND they'd be less likely to untie them back there. :)
Marie I love the tie in the back..I may have to try that!!! I can't believe with 3 little ones you had the time to make 3 dresses..Impressive!! And they all look so adorable

Adorable Marie!! Great job!! Somehow I missed seeing them on Sunday morning. Making 3 in one week is a tall order!! :) And I like the tie in the back!
