consistency challenge: recap
The Challenge is over!! Thank you to Mark, Katheryne, Mireille, and Bonnie for hanging in there with me. It seriously helped me get out of bed to run some mornings when otherwise I wouldn't have. I definitely feel more "consistent" after having run every day except Sundays for the past month (with one exception).

Are you going to keep up with the running? I need to start running but I have to wait until the weather is cooler....I ran track in HS (in NY) but running in FL makes me feel like I have asthma LOL

Yes, I plan to keep up with it, but not every day since I am also needing to use that time to practice hitting tennis balls...
Congrats, Marie!! I never doubted you'd prove your August consistency....!
Now.. I... on the other hand-- I fell off the consisteny bandwagon and am happy that September has rolled around for a fresh start!
Marie...I first read your blog at the beginning of August. A week prior I had started to do a little running of my own. My neighbor had entered an exercises routine and I thought that if she could do then I could do it. Similar to you, I woke up early and went running. I, however, only did it about 3 days per week, but that was my "Consistency Goal." We were very fortunate to have mild August so the weather was not a factor. Thank you for inspiring me to stick to something during August!
