parsley

With my gardening background, I am seriously thrilled when something stays alive. A friend gave us a big parsley plant over a month ago and I have done nothing to it except place it in a spot where I thought it would get the right amount of sun. It is flourishing and I love that I can just go outside, snip a few sprigs, and throw it in whatever I'm cooking.
